Evaluations
Evaluations of the handler and canine are performed in accordance with the standards established by Delta Society. Pet Partner evaluations consist of a progressive set of exercises to evaluate the handler and canine in scenarios which are representative of what teams might expect during their work. Evaluations are scheduled for a specific 45 minute slot.

K9 c.a.r.e.s. Delta society Pet Partner Workshop students and K9 c.a.r.e.s. members will have priority for evaluation registration.
A message to former AHA Pet Partner teams
K9 c.a.r.e.s. has limited resources and may not be able to support the increased volume of evaluations needed by former AHA Pet Partners. Please attempt to contact your former AHA evaluators if you need an evaluation or reevaluation in the first part of 2012. Our first priorities are to K9 c.a.r.e.s. workshop attendees and K9 c.a.r.e.s members. Please contact us at info@k9cares.org if you would like to be put on a wait list for remaining time slots for evaluations.
